Jolene Graduated from the Swedish Institute in New York City. Growing up around a lot of injury and trauma has made her passionate about the Healing Arts. She has 30 plus years of experience doing therapeutic deep tissue, hot stones, and vibrational therapy. Outside of her discipline, she is very knowledgeable about nutrition, spirituality, horticulture, cooking, and nature. She enjoys to work with rescue animals (dogs, cats, and horses) using healing vibrational therapy and massage for their trauma and abuse.

Deep Tissue
Targets chronic tension in the muscles that lie far below the body’s surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow long strokes, direct firm pressure and friction movements that go across the muscle grain.
Hot Stones
Placing hot stones strategically along pressure points through out the body. The combination of heat and pressure in hot stone massage helps to deeply relax the muscles, making it easier for the therapist to work on problem areas.
Swedish
Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massage therapy. It’s often used to relax you, relieve stress and relieve pain. Involves rubbing, kneading, and jostling of the muscles.
Vibrational Therapy
Our body is made of molecules, which are vibrating constantly, and creating electromagnetic energy waves. At its core, vibrational frequency refers to the rate at which energy oscillates or vibrates. Vibration causes changes in the cells, which can then affect how your body functions. I work with high vibrations of purity.
Aromatherapy
Is a type of complementary and alternative medicine that uses rubbing and kneading of the skin with plant oils that give off strong, pleasant aromas(smells) to promote relaxation, a sense of well-being, and healing.
